"Working with Carmen on Hair and Ragtime was one of the most rewarding experiences I've had as a performer. From the very first rehearsal, she created an environment where everyone felt supported, challenged, and inspired to give their best.

Carmen has an incredible ability to tell a story through movement. Every step has intention, every transition serves the character, and every moment feels connected to the heart of the production. She encouraged us to breathe, stay present, trust one another, and never lose sight of the story we were telling together.

What I admire most is the way she sees each performer as an individual. She has a gift for bringing out the best in people, making you feel capable of more than you thought possible. Her choreography is not only beautiful—it feels natural, expressive, and alive. Every rehearsal left me feeling like I had grown, not just as a performer, but as an artist.

Working with Carmen is a joy, and I would step into any rehearsal room with her again without hesitation."
